Price Match Promise

We want you to feel confident you’re getting a great price. If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying retailer, we’ll do our best to match it, as per our policy below.

To qualify for a price match:

• The product must be identical, including the same brand, model number, color, and configuration.
• The item must be new, currently in stock, and available for immediate purchase from the competing retailer.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of your request.
• The item must be sold directly by an established U.S. retailer. Offers from marketplaces, third-party sellers, auction sites, or individual sellers do not qualify.
• We compare the total purchase price, including any applicable shipping or handling charges.
• Clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, damaged, returned, display, or discontinued merchandise is not eligible.
• Pricing that requires a coupon, membership, special promotion, package purchase, financing offer, loyalty program, or other conditional discount may not qualify.
• Pricing errors and offers that cannot be independently verified are excluded.

Price match eligibility is determined by Elite Bidets and may vary based on the retailer and the terms of the competing offer.
