If you need to make a return, sealed unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because of the hygienic nature of our products opened items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email returns@elitebidets.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and make the process as smooth as possible.
